Jay Leno’s Big Dog Garage Race Team e-cooler
The e-cooler exploded onto the scene during the summer of 2008.  Being endorsed and embraced by one of the worlds most popular and recognizable entertainers is never a bad thing.  Jay Leno’s Big Dog Garage Race Team ordered e-coolers for the 35th Annual Rolex Monterey Historic Automobile Races in Monterey, Ca.
The e-coolers were dressed up with the “Big Dog Garage Race Team” logo on the front and back, and the race team’s sponsors on the opposite ends.
The e-coolers were filled with ice, cold drinks and snacks for the Race Team.  Also, the Big Dog Garage marketing team distributed e-coolers full of their sponsors “goodies.”  This made for an unforgettable “swag bag” and souvenir for sponsors and fans attending the race.

Nancy Cartwright’s (voice of the Simpsons) Monte Carlo Nights e-cooler
We knew e-cooler would go over big in the state of California.  However, we did not expect it to get into the green and charitable hands of celebrity stars like Nancy Cartwright so fast.  But that is exactly what happened after Cartwright, the iconic voice of Bart Simpson, met the e-cooler at the 35th Annual Rolex Monterey Historic Automobile Races one hot summer afternoon in August.
Cartwright was impressed and thought the e-cooler would be a perfect fit for her 3rd Annual Monte Carlo Night event in October 2008 in North Valley, Ca. She filled the e-coolers up with beverages, gifts and door prizes and handed them to her celebrity guests as they entered her home for the event.  Headliner guests in attendance included John Travolta, Kelly Preston, Brad Garrett, Kirstie Alley and Mickey Dolenz.  The event raised a substantial amount of money for Devonshire PALS and went towards the building of a new youth center for at-risk kids.

B.R.A.K.E.S. is an acronym for Be Responsible And Keep Everyone Safe, a charity and driving school that was founded by professional NHRA driver Doug Herbert.  Herbert tragically lost both of his teenage sons in a car accident in January of 2008.  So he started the foundation to create awareness and provide safety instructions for teenagers that drive.  He asked us to design an e-cooler for the attendees of his driving school.  Once again, we were glad to be a part of such a relevant and timely cause.

Wayne State University Football e-cooler
Located in Detroit, MI and home to over 30,000 students, Wayne State University was enjoying their most successful college football season in school history.  Anticipating one of the largest crowds since its founding in 1868, Wayne State Athletics wanted to make this 2008 football game extra special.  Adding to game day festivities was the promotion of this game being dubbed “Eco-Friendly Day.”  When the marketing and promotions team at WSU Athletics was looking for a product to promote this special event, the e-cooler was a perfect fit.  Fans enjoyed their favorite tailgate beverages thanks to the e-cooler keeping their drinks cold.  We were honored to assist one of the country’s most venerable academic institutions further its sustainability message in a credible way.

Rothbury Festival e-cooler
Festival officials chose e-cooler, naming it “the official cooler” of the 2009 Rothbury Festival.  Over 40,000 music fans gathered for this four-day “Sustainable Camping Festival Revolution Celebrating Music, Art and Action,” on the shores of West Michigan.  The festival was headlined by music legends The Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, and the Black Crowes.

The e-cooler was sold at the festival and received extremely positive feedback by festival fans and organizers alike.  Sustainability awareness was the central theme of this annual event and recycle bins and other examples of eco-friendliness were everywhere.  We fit in perfectly.  In fact, our e-cooler was the only cooler allowed through the festival gates.
